Course Description

Prerequisites: Basic Skills and Fundamentals of the Scrum Master

This course is 20 hours of hands-on learning, focusing on real-world problems and solutions of an everyday Scrum Master. After this course, you will be ready to hit the job market.

The course includes the Scrum & Kanban ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospective, and sprint refinement. Also, commons patterns and anti-patterns, conflict resolution and avoidance, team cohesion and productivity, creating, refining & estimating User Stories, you will lead mock sprints from start to finish, and much more. You will be working on projects that you can use as real-world examples in your interview.
